ﯗ
وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِي يُنَزِّلُ ٱلۡغَيۡثَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ مَا قَنَطُواْ وَيَنشُرُ رَحۡمَتَهُۥۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡوَلِيُّ ٱلۡحَمِيدُ٢٨
28.
And He the One, He sends down the blessings from after what they despair, and He spreads His mercy. And He the Protector, the Praised.
